Premier Service in Crete, IL is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, lead landscape and snow crews, and drive service quality across the team. You will partner with the Branch Manager and Client Account Managers to manage labor, safety, scheduling, and overall performance, delivering high client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and horticulture, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing landscape or field service crews.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture.
• Experience in snow operations is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field crews across green and snow seasons.
• Coordinate daily crew dispatch, schedules, and job assignments.
• Ensure crews are properly equipped with materials and equipment.
• Communicate with clients to understand and meet service expectations.
