You will lead 3–5 Crew Leaders and their crews, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and drive production scheduling, safety, and quality on projects and recurring work. This role requires strong leadership, field supervision, and cost control, with daily communication to clients and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead field crews and coordinate multiple teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and cost-management skills.
• Proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production with Operations Manager and coordinate crews.
• Dispatch crews and manage equipment and personnel shortages.
• Oversee safety, quality, fleet maintenance, and field operations.
• Communicate with clients and report progress to Operations Manager.
• Recruit, train, and develop field staff.
