Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee field crews and coordinate production efforts across service centers. You will report to the Director of Operations and manage scheduling, materials, and field quality in a fast-paced environment.

Proven leadership in field operations, strong cost controls, and ability to work with crews and Field Supervisors are essential. Occasional travel to job sites may be required to ensure production goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field crews and supervision of multiple crews.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and cost management abilities.
• Ability to communicate with clients and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production with Operations Manager.
• Source, pick up and deliver materials; manage purchasing per guidelines.
• Print and deliver work tickets; close production tickets in Omnia-SDS.
