Amgen is seeking a Field Director of Cardiovascular Metabolic MSLs for the South Central US region. You will manage and coach a regional MSL team, ensuring compliant medical engagements with healthcare decision makers and stakeholders, while aligning field activities to the CVM medical strategy.

In this field-based leadership role, you will collaborate with Global Medical, Field Sales, and Marketing to drive One-Amgen initiatives, participate in hiring, and oversee development plans, budget

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional team of MSLs, setting expectations and guiding to optimize medical strategy and performance.
• Ensure compliant scientific engagements with health care decision makers and stakeholders in line with regulations and Amgen policy.
• Provide timely feedback and career development support to direct reports.
• Contribute to field medical strategy, SEPs, and budget planning for the region.
• Collaborate with Global Medical, Field Sales, Value & Access, and Marketing to align One-Amgen engagement strategies.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new MSLs to grow a diverse team.
• Support field readiness through training and post-training assessments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and congress planning where applicable.
• Foster inclusive culture and model Amgen leadership values.
