Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Director, Cardiovascular Metabolic MSLs to lead a regional team within the US Medical Affairs Organization. Responsibilities

Lead a regional team of MSLs towards execution of field medical activities and strategy.
Ensure compliant scientific engagements with healthcare decision makers and stakeholders.
Provide performance feedback, coaching, and career development for direct reports.
Coordinate regional MSL meetings, talent retention, and cross-functional collaborations.
Identify, interview, hire and onboard new MSLs to build a diverse team.
Support budgeting and resource allocation for the therapeutic area.
