Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a Regional Field Coordinator - General Superintendent in Austin/San Antonio/Dallas, TX.

This full-time onsite role offers long-term potential with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits. The candidate will oversee subcontractor performance, lead staffing efforts with the VP of Field Operations, and drive estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control across multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Regional Field Coordinator/General Superintendent (Must Reflect in Resume).
• Experience with Commercial Construction (Must Reflect in Resume).
• Experience with Multifamily Construction, Industrial, Warehouse, Cold Storage (Must Reflect in Resume).
• Experience with Mission Critical (Must Reflect in Resume).
• Experience with Train, Estimat, Schedut, Budget, Cost, Managing Subcontractor (Must Reflect in Resume).
• Portfolio(Link/PDF/etc.).
• Budget of the project and the Area of the project must be mentioned in the resume.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate effectively with others.
• Exhibit good sales ability and sensitivity to client needs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and subsequent random testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Assist Vice President of Field Operations in hiring new staff members.
• Train team members in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Delegate responsibility and monitor progress.
• Assist VP in employee evaluation and compensation recommendations.
• Terminate team members with VP approval.
• Monitor workload for productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure team participates in educational opportunities.
• Support field operation “Action Plans” for client presentations.
• Participate in client contact program and field meetings.
• Sell Client US, Inc. to the public.
• Assist project management in proposal stage with scheduling and budgeting.
• Ensure each project has bottom-line responsibility.
• Review estimates for completeness and competitiveness.
• Ensure use of Client’s tools and adherence to methods.
• Maintain Client’s ethical standards and bidding practices.
• Enforce safety policies.
• Achieve maximum profit aligned with Client’s interests.
• Apply cost-control techniques on projects.
• Ensure communication between office and field staff.
• Maintain documentation and periodic project meetings.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and under budget.
• Keep accounts payable/receivable current.
• Assist in subcontractor approval and monitoring.
• Minimize warranty issues via reviews and management.
• Develop subordinates on new/existing programs.
• Stay current on regional union issues and project labor agreements.
• Prepare monthly status reports for VP of Field Operations.
• Communicate company policies to team members.
• Encourage new ideas and relay to VP of Field Operations.
• Provide information for Greenway or other communications.
• Participate in Field Manager/Field Coordinator meetings.
• Work on special division projects.
• Exhibit leadership and model expected behavior.
• Assist VP in project and personnel assignments and workload monitoring.
• Stay updated on industry developments and communicate to team.
• Thorough knowledge of building projects.
