Job summary

CAMP Facility Services, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a General Manager to lead multi-family construction projects across the San Antonio/Austin region. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results while meeting client and regulatory requirements.

The GM will guide project managers, superintendents, estimators, and staff, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to achieve quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of multi-family/restoration/construction experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a people leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Strong communication across different levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of cost containment and risk management.
• Proficient in Xactimate and estimating software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of multi-family construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Direct the operations team's daily activities.
• Mentor a team of project managers, superintendents, estimators, and staff.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure satisfaction and delivery.
• Contribute to business development and strategic planning efforts.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors and manage budgets and timelines.
