HALO Diagnostics seeks an Account Operational Executive to lead multi-site healthcare operations across the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic region. You will oversee a team of 10+ Patient Navigators, partner with physician practices, imaging centers, and operational leaders to drive patient experience and growth.

The role requires on-site leadership, travel up to ~80% locally, and a track record of improving operational performance and patient access.

• 8+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare operations including imaging centers, outpatient clinics, or physician practices.
• Experience managing teams of 8-10+ employees and driving performance.
