Job summary

Wire 3 is a Florida-based fiber internet provider focused on affordable, high-speed service and exceptional customer care. The Regional Manager will lead outside plant construction across the assigned region, driving safe, efficient project delivery and cost control.

You will supervise crews and subcontractors, coordinate with agencies and vendors, and ensure productivity is tracked and reported weekly. This field-based role covers Brevard and St.

Qualifications

• FTTH OSP construction experience
• Experience managing regional crews and subcontractors
• Knowledge of safety programs and cost containment
• Ability to coordinate with agencies and vendors
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of regional construction projects and ensure timelines are met
• Champion safe work practices and enforce safety programs across region
• Measure crew productivity and submit weekly progress reports with corrective actions
• Build and maintain relationships with local agencies, contractors, and vendors
• Coordinate with utility locate processes and ensure continuous workflow
• Oversee budgeting for underground-to-aerial placement and perform field QA
• Supervise regional admin and payroll reporting for the operating unit
• Manage the regional equipment fleet and procurement
• Provide documentation and reports to executive management
• Other duties as assigned
