Job summary

Midco is seeking a Regional Construction Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of fiber network projects, including new builds and upgrades. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while coordinating cross-functional teams across communities we serve.

You will work in the field around Aitkin, MN, manage resources, mentor staff, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with NEC/OSHA standards. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years in construction or broadband with leadership.
• Construction First Time (FTR) certification within 60 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; meet DOT requirements.
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, state/local regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects by following company standards and procedures. Set goals and ensure completion.
• Actively manage projects to be safe, on time, and within budget.
• Plan and execute projects with diagrams, documentation, and reporting.
• Allocate resources to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for fiber maps, diagrams, specifications, etc.
• Prepare as-builts, BOMs, and coordinate materials with Materials Management.
• Engage with state/county/city/township/utility meetings and obtain bids with vendors.
• Ensure budget goals are met and contribute to budgeting processes.
• Mentor new hires and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
