Job summary

Wire 3 is seeking a Regional Manager to lead outside plant construction across Brevard and St. Lucie counties in Florida. This role oversees project execution, crew productivity, safety compliance, costs, and vendor relationships, reporting to the Sr.

VP of Construction. Ideal candidates have FTTH OSP experience and knowledge of SOPs. The position requires managing field crews, coordinating with agencies and locate firms, and maintaining documentation for executive management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in outside plant construction, telecom infrastructure, or fiber deployment.
• Prior regional/area management experience overseeing construction crews & subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day regional construction project operations and ensure timelines.
• Champion safety programs and ensure proper PPE and procedures.
• Track crew productivity and submit weekly progress reports with corrective actions.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, subcontractors, and vendors to support production.
• Coordinate with utility locate process to minimize downtime for crews.
