Job summary

Wire 3 LLC in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Regional Manager to lead outside plant construction across the assigned regional market. You will oversee project execution, crew productivity, safety, cost control, and vendor relationships. The role reports to the Sr.

VP of Construction and requires leadership across multiple crews and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FTTH OSP construction or telecom infrastructure, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside plant construction, telecom infrastructure, or fiber deployment.
• Experience managing regional construction crews and subcontractors.
• Familiar with safety programs and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of cost containment and overhead management.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of regional construction projects.
• Champion safety programs and enforce procedures.
• Track crew productivity and submit weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with agencies, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee equipment fleet, maintenance, and procurement.
• Provide reports to executive management.
