Job summary

Smith+Naphew in the United States (Western Region) seeks a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction and Trauma. You will build relationships with fellows and fellowship programs, promoting Smith+Naphew education and technologies.

Responsibilities include managing engagement programs, maintaining fellowship data, coordinating learning opportunities, and driving attendance at education programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, medical education, or orthopedic healthcare.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic OR procedures and surgeon education.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the primary Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and create engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and product exposure.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with cross-functional partner teams.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing and commercial teams.
• Design customized educational programs addressing fellowship needs.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
