Job summary

Aircall seeks a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to own the regional AIVA metrics and drive hands-on AI Agent deployments across strategic accounts. You will coach the regional FDE team, build playbooks, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM functions to raise the bar company-wide.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, engage with VP and C-suite stakeholders, and ensure execution aligns with revenue targets in the North American region.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in forward deployed engineering or equivalent roles with hands-on build experience.
• Fluent with APIs and integrations; able to pick up new agent capabilities quickly.
• Strong business sense: revenue impact, forecasting, pipeline hygiene.
• Proven track record engaging VP/C-suite stakeholders while keeping technical credibility.
• Leadership through coaching, not micromanagement; ownership of regional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the regional AIVA metrics with the regional GM and drive pipeline and revenue targets.
• Stay hands-on: configure, build, and deploy AI Agent solutions for strategic accounts.
• Coach the regional FDE team and raise the technical bar through hands-on review.
• Develop and evolve global playbooks, architectures, and deployment frameworks.
• Lead regional GTM motions, embedding pipeline hygiene and KPI discipline.
• Run enablement sessions and collaborate with Enablement to scale adoption.
• Translate field feedback into roadmap input for Product and Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Support, and other GTM teams.
