You will manage farm real estate activities, develop new business, and supervise Farm Managers and Admin staff to deliver profitable operations and client-focused financial solutions. The role emphasizes strategic planning, budget oversight, and cross‑selling Wealth Management and Banking products while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Directs and controls the Ag Services business to achieve product line and division goals.
• Oversees farm real estate activities, client relationships, and related banking services.
• Prepare and analyze financial and business reports; monitor regional results and budgets.
• Develop policies and procedures for efficient department operation.
• Manage real estate assets, leases, insurance, and risk management activities.
• Lead business development, marketing, and cross-referrals across Wealth Management and Bank products.
• Ensure continuity of customer relationships and staff development.
