Job summary

First Mid Bank & Trust in Decatur, IL seeks a Regional Farm Manager I to lead the Ag Services group, oversee farm real estate activities, and manage client relationships. You will drive new business development and support Wealth Management and insurance services, ensuring profitable growth.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and prior management experience, with real estate licensing or AFM/ALC being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in farm management or real estate related roles.
• Illinois Real Estate Broker License or AFM/ALC preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and controls the Ag Services business to achieve goals.
• Manage farm real estate activities and client relationships.
• Develop new business and market other Wealth Management services.
• Oversee regional goals, budget, and financial reports.
• Supervise Farm Managers and Administrative staff.
• Lead policy/procedure implementation for operations.
