Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of farm management and decision making.
• Conduct operations and recordkeeping for Wealth Management customers.
• Provide counseling and consulting to customers.
• Represent buyers/sellers in farmland brokerage transactions.
• Complete rural land appraisals and provide professional testimony.
• Administer farm management responsibilities for trust accounts.
• Market crop insurance to bank agricultural customers.
• Coordinate cross-selling of Bank services.
• Participate in Trust/Farm committees.
• Represent the Bank in community activities.
• Complete required training.
• Perform other related duties.
