Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or two plus years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with a large amount of detailed information accurately and confidentially.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and staff interactions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer problems by listening, gathering information and coordinating with other departments.
• Process work tickets, coupons, checks, and cash for payments, receipts and asset removal; ensure accuracy of cash receipts and account histories.
• Balance daily work and deposits; reconcile accounts.
• Use BOX as Ag Services data filing, storage, and workflow tool.
• Manage USDA farm program sign-up records and payments.
• Track insurance for stored grain, crop hail and liability coverage for farm and trust properties.
• Assist farm managers with tenant leases on farm and trust properties.
• Monitor 1099 Misc. on farm accounts during the year.
• Research and resolve inquiries using bank records and related documents to satisfy real estate or client needs.
• Cross-sell bank products and services professionally.
• Complete required training for the role.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
