Job summary

Bessemer Trust in New York City is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead renovations and workplace improvements across its regional office portfolio. Based at the NYC Headquarters, you will manage projects from scope to close-out and support daily facilities operations.

You will coordinate with internal partners, landlords, consultants, and vendors to ensure safety, budget, and quality standards are met, while advancing corporate real estate initiatives and maintaining

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction/facilities or project management, preferably multi-site/regional.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, renovation, and workplace improvement projects across regional portfolio from scope to close-out.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, and other partners to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables; identify delays and cost impacts requiring escalation.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Office Services, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, and Office Managers to support workplace initiatives.
• Support the National Facilities Managers on larger projects with coordination, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Serve as primary CRE contact for regional Office Managers, landlords, and property teams for day-to-day needs.
• Maintain facilities records, inspections, certifications, and regulatory documentation.
• Assist the Director of Corporate Real Estate with budget planning and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve facilities processes and service delivery across regions.
• Travel to regional offices as needed for projects and inspections.
