Job summary

The Oregon Military Department is seeking a Maintenance & Operations Supervisor to oversee Facility Maintenance and Operations staff across Regions 4-6. This permanent, full-time role will involve travel throughout the assigned geographic area, working in both indoor and outdoor environments, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Experience supervising facilities maintenance staff and managing multiple facilities is desired, along with knowledge of HVAC systems and life-safety

Qualifications

Three years journey-level trade experience maintaining and repairing buildings or grounds.
One additional year as a trades or maintenance supervisor.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
License: LME or equivalent (as applicable).

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee Facility Maintenance and Facility Operations staff in Regions 4, 5, & 6.
Ensure work adheres to state/federal laws, codes, and safety practices.
Travel within assigned maintenance regions and statewide as required.
Support readiness centers and OMD-owned facilities with preventive maintenance.
