Job summary

The Oregon Military Department is seeking a Maintenance Operations Supervisor to oversee Facility Maintenance and Facility Operations Specialist staff across Regions 4, 5, and 6 for OMD-owned facilities and Readiness Centers. Work may occur inside or outside state buildings and requires travel within the assigned geographic region.

This permanent full-time position requires leadership in facilities maintenance, familiarity with building systems, safety standards, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three years of journey-level trade experience maintaining and repairing buildings or grounds.
• One additional year as a trades or maintenance supervisor.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• LME or equivalent license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Facility Maintenance and Facility Operations Specialist employees in Regions 4, 5 and 6.
• Ensure work complies with state and federal laws, codes, and safety policies.
• Travel within assigned regions to manage facilities and readiness centers.
• Perform tasks according to PPE and safety procedures.
