Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible facilities or operations experience.
• Two years of people leadership experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience managing projects, vendors, and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Own facilities-related issues from intake to resolution.
• Translate symptoms into vendor-ready scopes of work.
• Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs and security vendors.
• Plan and manage facilities projects to minimize disruption.
• Oversee contractors and staff to ensure safety and compliance.
