Job summary

The State of Oregon Military Department is seeking a Maintenance Operations Supervisor in Springfield, Oregon. This permanent full-time position oversees Facility Maintenance and Facility Operations staff across Regions 4, 5 and 6, with travel within the assigned geographic area.

Applicants must have journey-level trade experience in building facilities or grounds and at least one year in a supervisory role; a valid driver's license and willingness to travel statewide are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of journey-level trade experience maintaining and repairing buildings physical plant facilities or grounds.
• One additional year as a trades or maintenance supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Facility Maintenance and Facility Operations staff.
• Oversee Regions 4, 5, and 6 for OMD-owned facilities and Readiness Centers.
• Ensure work complies with state and federal laws, regulations, policies, manuals and procedures.
• Travel within assigned maintenance regions and statewide as needed.
