Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager in Oregon to lead a regional team of technicians, oversee HVAC/R and building maintenance, and drive reliability across multiple locations.

The role requires an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license, EPA certification, and 3–5 years in facilities/maintenance leadership. Travel and a strong safety/compliance mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R license required and EPA certification.
• 3–5 years of facilities management or related field.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across multiple locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and facilities leaders to identify and resolve facility needs.
• Use reporting and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and maintain licensing/compliance.
• Secure permits and coordinate inspections; support safety and quality standards.
