Job summary

DSV is seeking a Manager, Regional Facilities Operations in Fort Worth to ensure safe and efficient facilities and equipment within the assigned region. You will lead maintenance teams, manage vendors, and drive preventive maintenance programs to keep buildings in top condition.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or technical certification, 10+ years in facilities maintenance, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or technical/trade certification required.
10+ years of general facilities, systems maintenance, and repair work experience.
Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop facilities and maintenance teams to ensure they can perform at the level necessary to maintain the buildings.
Manage facilities and maintenance vendor relationships to ensure timely execution of all preventative maintenance and facilities repair.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair building systems including plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, or custodial tasks.
Ensure safety, housekeeping, and OSHA/MSDS compliance across the region.
Coordinate with site management for routine inspections and equipment readiness.
Operate and supervise material handling equipment safely and maintain forklift certification.
