Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical/trade school certification is required.
• 10+ years of facilities, systems maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and maintenance teams to meet building needs.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Perform and supervise repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical and custodial.
• Ensure safety, compliance and on-call flexibility.
