Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Regional Coordinator to support the Regional Manager and Facility Managers across a defined region. You will oversee day-to-day facility operations, manage work orders in CMMS, and ensure client expectations are met.

Strong communication with EFS technicians and subcontractors is essential. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of administrative experience in an industrial setting, a valid driver's license, and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years administrative experience, prior industrial environment desirable.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CMMS platforms.
• English language proficiency.
• Written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution to requests.
• Manage all work orders, including emergency service requests, from inception to completion in CMMS.
• Ensure in-house and 3rd party technicians meet assigned performance targets.
• Coordinate subcontractor dispatch, scheduling, service escalations, and payment inquiries.
• Support Regional Manager and staff to ensure routine services meet contractual requirements.
• Review and develop corrective action plans related to Customer Satisfaction reports.
