Job summary

The Friendly Toast is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained restaurant environments across multiple locations in New Hampshire. You will support preventive maintenance programs, manage vendor relationships, and help oversee facilities budgets.

Working with Operations and external service providers, you will protect company assets, maintain brand standards, and minimize operational disruptions while coordinating maintenance work orders and asset records.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, or property management, preferably in a multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Working knowledge of commercial building systems and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ability to manage budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Willingness to travel regionally and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair of restaurant facilities, equipment, and building infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient operations and manage vendors for specialized services.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritizing issues to minimize disruptions and control costs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and compliance issues.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs; coordinate with qualified vendors for complex tasks.
• Develop and manage work orders, PM schedules, equipment records, and parts inventory; coordinate with Operations and external vendors.
• Support new openings with equipment orders, delivery, and installation; communicate issues to project teams.
• Monitor budgets, process invoices, and identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs while preserving brand standards.
