Responsibilities

• Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, HVAC, refrigeration, and beverage machines.
• Follow safety guidelines for cleaning chemicals, lockout procedures, ladder safety, and PPE; ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and manage snow/ice removal; monitor exterior lighting and signage.
• Assist restaurant management with special projects, deliveries, and other operational needs; ensure equipment is clean and ready for peak periods.
