Job summary

MetroPlains Management, LLC in Bismarck, ND is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Maintenance professional to lead day-to-day maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties. You will coordinate with management, perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and ensure safety and upkeep, while training junior technicians and supporting budget initiatives.

This full-time role requires 3–4 years of related experience, an associate degree, and relevant

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 3-4 years related experience.
• HVAC, EPA Universal, Boilers License and/or Pool Certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train and support on-site maintenance staff.
• Customer service orientation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of properties and grounds.
• Perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances.
• Ensure safety equipment is used properly and train staff as needed.
• Support budget planning and property improvements.
• Travel to other sites as required and coordinate with management.
