RITALKA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee repair and upkeep of seven facilities across Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

You will manage building systems, projects, cleaning standards, grounds, snow removal, and fleet maintenance while coordinating with contractors and internal teams. The role requires at least 5 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to prioritize tasks, ensure safety, and deliver reliable operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Able to travel frequently, occasionally overnight.
• Active driver's license with a good driving record.
• Above average knowledge in building maintenance and light to heavy construction.
• Ability to multitask and respond to emergencies as they arise.
• Ability to prioritize projects for best results and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of management.
• Must lift/move items of 50 lbs or more periodically.
• Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop periodically.

Responsabilidades

• Building Maintenance - maintain all 7 facilities including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems across MN, SD, WI.
• Construction Management - manage upgrades and supervise contractors.
• Janitorial - ensure cleanliness and safety at all locations.
• Lawn & Facility Grounds Care - maintain grounds at all facilities.
• Snow Removal - implement snow plan at all facilities.
• Fleet Management - oversee repairs and maintenance of company vehicles.
• Strategic Planning - plan development aligned with business objectives and manage costs.
