Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings, areas and grounds are safe for employees and visitors.
• Develop and manage annual facilities budget.
• Oversee maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Coordinate bids, contracts and vendor SLAs.
• Maintain vehicle upkeep and inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Provide regional travel for assessments as needed.
