Qualifications

• Three to five years of facilities management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand electrical/mechanical systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings, areas and grounds are safe for employees and visitors.
• Develop and manage annual facilities budget and bid specs.
• Oversee maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment; track issues.
• Coordinate contractor compliance and vendor management; maintain SLAs.
• Maintain company vehicles and inventory of maintenance products.
• Provide dispatch support and regional travel for property assessments.
