Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings, areas and grounds are safe for employees and visitors.
• Oversee facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related systems.
• Monitor vendor contracts, bids and service level agreements.
• Maintain vehicle upkeep records and inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Travel regionally for property assessments and special projects.
• Monitors ticket system and provides dispatch for facility issues; regional travel may be required.
• Complies with laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
