Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, electrical systems, grounds, and equipment to ensure safe, well-maintained conditions, identify hazards, and defects.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedule and troubleshooting for HVAC systems.
• Perform plumbing tasks such as fixing fixtures, unclogging lines, and repairing drains.
• Operate power tools and lawn care equipment as needed.
• Lead and coach maintenance staff, providing direction and accountability.
• Travel between bank locations; some out-of-state travel may be required.
