GDI Services seeks an experienced professional to supervise field staff, plan and direct a mixed portfolio of accounts, and ensure services exceed client expectations. You will manage relationships while promoting growth within the market and coordinating with the business development team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing client relationships through networking and high-level facility management.
• Maintain open communications with clients to solicit feedback on services.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements and employee handbook across serviced facilities.
• Review budgets, payrolls, cost projections and supply records while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Account managers to enable smooth operations.
• Develop and implement long-term solutions to address customer needs.
• Assist with training and coaching of staff in cleaning, floorcare, and leadership skills.
• Verify customer and quality standards by site tours and scope reviews.
• Represent the company in client engagements and adapt to management directives.
