Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit, high volume Operations Leadership within Commercial Cleaning space.
• Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
• Strong customer service and employee relations skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct operations across division to meet cost and profit objectives.
• Assure delivery and execution of all contracted janitorial services within the division.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers at locations.
• Maintain frequent communication with clients via calls, emails, and site visits.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to develop operational knowledge.
• Monitor site performance and implement changes as needed.
• Coordinate billing and collections with client and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies; report accidents or near misses.
• Partner with vendors for onsite supplies and equipment.
• Negotiate staffing and compensation adjustments based on site needs.
• Work with sales to grow the business and represent the GDI brand.
• Supervise Area Managers, Account Managers, and Cleaners in the region.
