• Develops and adheres to annual facilities budget; prepares proposals for projects over $1,000.
• Oversees facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Monitors contractor compliance and coordinates bids for janitorial, landscaping and other services.
• Maintains vehicle upkeep records and ensures inventory of maintenance products.
