Job summary

Performance Team seeks a Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities to lead regional maintenance and facilities operations across multiple sites. You will drive maintenance strategies, ensure high reliability of automated systems, and guide a team of managers, supervisors, and engineers to achieve safety, quality and financial goals.

You will oversee budgets, capital projects, and contractor relations, champion reliability and continuous improvement, and partner with operations, finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, facilities management or related field required.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CMRP, PMP, PE, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive engineering, maintenance, and facilities leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional maintenance and facilities leadership across multiple sites.
• Execute the strategic vision and maintenance standards established by executive leadership.
• Ensure maximum availability and performance of automated and facility systems.
• Guide maintenance and facilities teams to achieve safety, quality, and financial objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop leadership and succession plans for maintenance and facilities staff.
