Job summary

Performance Team seeks a Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities to lead regional maintenance, facilities and engineering programs across multiple sites. You will ensure reliability of automated systems, manage budgets, supervise a team of maintenance leaders, and drive continuous improvement with Lean and RCA.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities, you will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement and external vendors to achieve safety, quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years leading multi-site maintenance or facilities operations in logistics or warehousing.
• Experience with automated material handling systems and facility infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, building codes, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional maintenance and facilities across multiple sites to ensure uptime and safety.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, RCA, TPM and related methods.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and material handling systems.
• Manage budgets, capital projects, and contractor relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

Master's Degree or professional certifications (CMRP, PMP, PE, Lean Six Sigma)
