Job summary

Performance Team seeks a Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities to lead maintenance, facilities, and engineering programs across a regional set of distribution centers. You will ensure reliability of infrastructure and automation while supporting operations, safety, and financial goals.

You will manage a team of managers, supervisors, and engineers, driving maintenance excellence and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site maintenance or facilities operations in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or automated warehouse environments.
• Experience with automated material handling systems and facility infrastructure.
• Experience managing operating budgets, capital projects, and contractor relationships.
• Experience with labor management and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering, maintenance and facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Execute strategic vision and maintenance standards set by leadership.
• Ensure maximum availability and performance of automated systems.
• Lead maintenance teams to meet safety, quality and financial goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean-based initiatives.
