Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Manager Regional Facilities Maintenance to support Midwest brands. The role oversees maintenance across 50–85 restaurants, guiding technicians and vendors, managing preventative maintenance, and driving cost-effective improvements.

It involves budgeting oversight and collaboration with construction for remodels. The position requires five years in QSR facilities, strong PM, vendor mgmt, and CMMS experience, plus a valid license.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience and/or education in Quick-Service Restaurant Facilities.
• Knowledge of building components, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, codes and ADA requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License and DMV Report.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-starter and team player.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Experience with CMMS, GPS, HVAC monitoring, and smart building technology.
• Analytical and organizational skills; ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to facility technicians and/or outside vendors within the assigned area.
• Monitor work completed; follow up to ensure timely, compliant completion.
• Reconcile weekly service invoices; track time, parts, and history.
• Oversee preventative maintenance; review and approve outside service invoices.
• Oversee building and facilities condition; conduct site visits and cost-effective action plans.
• Manage capital maintenance projects within budget; coordinate with operations and construction.
