Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager to support CKE brands within the Midwest region. You will manage CMMS, direct technicians and vendors, and ensure restaurants operate safely and efficiently.

You will oversee capital projects, preventative maintenance, and budget up to $4M, coordinating with construction and operations to meet company standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quick-Service Restaurant facilities or equivalent.
• Knowledge of building components, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems with codes.
• Strong project management and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct facility technicians and vendors within the territory and ensure timely, quality work.
• Monitor and reconcile service invoices; track parts, time, and equipment history.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and approve outside service invoices.
• Plan and execute capital maintenance projects within a $1.25M–$2.5M annual budget.
• Coordinate repairs with store ops, contractors, public agencies, and internal staff.
• Hire, train and manage department personnel; drive performance and compliance.
