Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead operations across a local regional market. This role requires an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license and EPA certification, with 3–5 years in facilities management and strong leadership.

You will coach technicians, oversee HVAC/R and building maintenance at multiple locations, and drive reliability through data-driven maintenance and collaboration with Store Managers and Facilities Services leadership.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Leadership, communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across your assigned locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leaders to identify and resolve facility needs.
• Use reporting, analytics and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Maintain required contractor licensing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Secure required permits and coordinate inspections per codes.
• Conduct site inspections to support safety, quality and compliance standards.
