Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of regional facilities. You will lead technicians, collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership, and ensure safe, efficient operations across sites.

With 3–5 years in facilities/maintenance and valid licenses, you will manage reporting, analytics, permits, and regulatory compliance to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant facilities management experience required.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire; state contractor license required.
• Licensing and regulatory compliance expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for regional Walmart facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with store managers and leadership.
• Travel approximately 50% within the region to sites and inspections.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and perform site inspections for compliance.
