Job summary

Allure HCS is seeking a Regional Maintenance professional to lead the maintenance department across multiple centers in Illinois. This role oversees facilities, equipment, and safety compliance, planning and directing maintenance operations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment.

You will manage staff, implement preventive maintenance, and participate in capital expenditure planning, with a focus on reliability and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of building experience as a maintenance director.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the maintenance department.
• Oversee documentation, work orders, inspections, and building systems (electrical, plumbing, fire alarms, safety).
• Direct maintenance staff and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments and preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist in capital expenditure planning and facilities improvements.
• Inspect storage and utility areas for upkeep and supply control.
• Support facility surveys and regulatory inspections.
