Job summary

Allure HCS is seeking a Regional Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance across multiple centers in Illinois. You will plan, develop, and direct the maintenance department, ensuring safety standards and timely completion of tasks with accountability for staff and budgets.

The role requires 5–10 years of building maintenance leadership, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background and drug screen. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 5-10 years of building experience as a maintenance director.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the maintenance department.
• Oversee documentation, work orders, facility operations, electrical and plumbing systems, and safety compliance.
• Direct the maintenance department with administrative authority and accountability.
• Coordinate maintenance services with related departments and external vendors.
• Contribute to establishing a preventive maintenance program.
• Repair facility and resident property as needed.
• Inspect storage rooms and maintenance spaces for upkeep and supplies.
• Support facility surveys by government agencies as required.
• Suggest adjustments in maintenance services based on economic conditions to maintain a safe environment.
