Job summary

LJA Facilities is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead and support facilities and office services across multiple locations. You will ensure all offices are safe, properly staffed, and aligned with standards while managing teams, vendors, budgets, and preventative maintenance programs.

A successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders, manage facility operations, and drive cost-efficient solutions to support employee-owners and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred in FM, Construction, RE.
• 6+ years of experience as facility or construction manager across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities staff across multiple locations with regular check-ins and performance management.
• Oversee repairs, remodels, maintenance, and ticket resolution meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors on budgets, projects, and invoices.
• Respond to incidents with safety team and coordinate emergency plans.
• Manage invoices, expenses, and time approvals for direct reports.
• Provide training to Facilities team.
• Oversee budget and capital planning for offices in scope.
