Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management across multiple locations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will lead a team, conduct site visits, ensure safety, and manage vendor relations to maintain high standards of service.

You will work with the Regional Manager and Director of Facilities to develop budgets, monitor KPIs, implement preventive maintenance programs, and drive cost savings while maintaining timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership.
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of properties.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with associates effectively.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, and Outlook.
• Ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs.
• Ability to work 40+ hours weekly and be present on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management across multiple locations within a designated region.
• Conduct site visits regularly to review curb appeal, maintenance, inventories, and inspections.
• Correct deficiencies identified in site inspections with on-site teams.
• Reinforce environmental safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify cost savings and process improvements while maintaining quality.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as makeready and workorder completion times.
• Assist with capital budgets and management of capital projects.
• Support due diligence, site inspections, and reporting for transitions.
