Responsibilities

• Maintenance Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee regional maintenance activities.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor technicians; evaluate performance.
• Vendor Management: Manage contracts with vendors for services and supplies.
• Maintenance Planning & Budgeting: Develop long-term maintenance plans and budgets; analyze expenses.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes; drive efficiency.
